Okay... so the delivery fiasco is officially being fixed! Many of you have been receiving multiple papers on Friday and Saturday also (and it's a total pain... I know, I get 5)! We finally got to the bottom of it, so here's the low down:
- Every subscription that has been turned in via a Grocery Smarts Instructor (including yours truly) has to be adjusted manually in the RJ's system.
- Originally, they were put in the system as just that, multiple weekend papers because they had no other way of setting them up (since they don't offer the Sunday only).
- That has been fixed now, so each account will be adjusted accordingly so the "Sunday Only" papers you bought will be just that... SUNDAY ONLY!
So, thanks for being patient! I was told today that all subscriptions would be corrected by this weekend! Yippee! If AFTER this coming weekend you continue to have issues with over-delivery... please email me and I can call to specifically inquire about your account to ensure it is set up properly. Thanks a ton for holding on and being patient while they get this new program running smoothly!

I only received one paper today, so it appears to have been corrected. Thanks for working on this. I have been on the phone with RJ at least 4 times trying to fix it. Hopefully I'll get all four on Sunday.
