Okay, so is it really worth is? I know that things up here would be completely different but I would really like to save some more money, especially with #3 on the way. Do I want to put all the effort into it? Also it seems that things that we use as a family are usually not the things on sale so then I end up buying things that I don't really use. Help Lisa!!!

Hey Heather - For my family the savings and time spent are totally worth it. It is hard to go shopping with kids so I try to go when D is home to watch them.

I spend about 2 - 3 hrs a week in planning and shopping and I save over a hundred dollars a week and I am bring home more food.

The first weeks shopping trips will be hectic, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature.
