I decided in the middle of my shopping trip that the best kind of attitude you can have while couponing is to be able to roll with the punches. Couponing seems straight forward enough, but we have to deal with out of stock items, ad misprints and even our own miscalculations. A good positive attitude and a friendly voice will score you some brownie points with the store employees and will get your problems solved quickly. By the time I left Albertsons for the second time today, I felt just as welcome as I did when I first walked through their doors this morning.

I know exactly how you feel and I try to have a good attitude as well. I have to make the best of it because this is how I have to shop, coupons and sales are my life right now.
I don't know if you know, but Albertsons will substitute anything. They will even substitute other brands even if you have a coupon.
I love Albertsons, the one by me has the best customer service and they always work with me and "put up with me".
I love your blog, I miss you when you don't post, but I know you are a VERY busy mom. :)
