CHEAP BATTERIES

My 4 year old loves to play with a flashlight so much he got one of his own for Christmas last year. Yep, I pulled out the big guns. I may have only spent $1 on his flashlight, but I can't tell you how much I have spent in replacing the batteries. Yeah, I am now realizing a flashlight is not such a frugal gift. However, I discovered the other day that the $1 Store carries batteries. YEAH!!! Now I don't get so mad when I see that he has left his flashlight on again or when he comes to me just after a few day and asks for new batteries.

So if you have a toy (or child) that keeps your battery budget on the rise, invest in the $1 Store brand and save yourself some big bucks.
