RECIPE EXCHANGE - FROZEN GRASSHOPPER PIE

My sister-in-law invited me and family over to her house for dessert on Sunday and this is what she made. Yumm-O!!! It was the perfect summer dessert. It requires NO cooking and it combines great flavors. Be sure to try it out soon - you don't want to miss out on this goodness!!!

What You Need!
Oreo Pie Crust (pre-made)
1 container (1-1/2 qt.) mint-chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated (optional)

Make It!
SPREAD ice cream evenly into the Oreo pie crust; top with COOL WHIP and grated chocolate.

FREEZE 3 hours. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
