I love and I mean LOVE a good ole baked potato. BUT I hate, I mean HATE cooking them in the oven in the summer because the oven makes my kitchen feel like a sauna. I will try this. We sometimes microwave the potatoes just a bit and then stick them on the grill in foil to finish them up. That work's nicely too.
I tried this twice over the weekend and it works great and its better than microwaving!!!
